How to setup IKEv2 or L2TP service for iPhone and iPad

We offer L2TP and IKEv2 on various servers. Please consult your setup email or let us know if you need the latest L2TP and IKEv2 list

Initial setup:

1) Select ‘Settings’ from the main screen

2) Select ‘General’

3) Select ‘Network’

4) Select ‘VPN’

5) Select ‘Settings’

6) Select ‘L2TP’ or ‘IKEv2’ and set the following:

Server: Use the server name provided in your registration email

Remote ID (for IKEv2): Use the same server name you used above.

Account: Enter your user name from your registration email

RSA SecurID: OFF

Password: Enter your password

L2TP only: Enter the L2TP Secret we provide

Send all traffic: ON

Proxy: OFF

7) Save settings

8) Connect

Connecting after initial setup:Select ‘Settings’ from Home screen Set VPN to ‘ON’
